Did I Mention Planning New Zealand

We’re still soliciting thoughts and ideas on a potential trip to New Zealand in November. Our Hawaii condo was booked before we placed our owner’s hold on the dates and we need to vacate for two-and-a-half weeks in November, starting on my 60th birthday. What a fantastic reason to visit New Zealand as we’re already half-way around the globe. Chris has started his travel spreadsheet, though we have heard, visiting both islands is a lot of area to cover in two weeks. We ruled out visiting Australia at the same time for the same reason. Our travel is about immersing ourselves in places, and not trying to take it all in during a whirlwind vacation!
